• Social media audits and strategy development
• Content creation and production
• Video production for social media
• Community management
• Consulting and training services

2. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Grant necessary access to social media accounts
• Respond to feedback requests in a timely manner
• Make payments according to agreed schedule

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Our Content

The Service and its original content are exclusive property of Snapt.

3.2 Client Content

Content created for clients becomes client property upon full payment.

3.3 Portfolio Rights

We reserve the right to use anonymized work for portfolio purposes.

4. Payment Terms

• All fees quoted in US Dollars unless specified
• Payment terms outlined in service agreements
• Late payments may incur interest charges

5. Limitation of Liability

• Snapt is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Total liability limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months
• We do not guarantee specific campaign results

6. Termination

Either party may terminate with written notice. Upon termination, client pays for services rendered.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel.

8. Privacy and Cookies

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
